Patricia fell into recruiting back East, by way of the environmental industry when asbestos and lead abatement was all the rage.
After running a testing lab, she tried her hand at recruiting; placing individuals to remediate hazardous waste sites. She quickly realized that she loved being the cog in helping individuals move ahead in their careers.
Fast forward 15+ years (via a variety of verticals and a volume of victories) to the west coast where Patricia cut her teeth in the creative space.
Today, her expertise lies in making the right cultural nexus– no matter the role or location. She is passionate about making the RIGHT fit, between BOTH clients (the candidate and the employer).
