Parul is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at xDesign with 4 years of experience in tech recruitment. She is a MFHA certified mental health advocate and raises awareness around mental health at work.
She volunteers with CodeYourFuture to support under-represented groups get into tech, she runs Manchester Web Meetup to bring the community together and loves creating informative content through articles, podcasts, talks, and more. Parul is a Neurodiversity Advocate, after getting an adult ADHD diagnosis she uses her platforms to raise awareness, particularly for women who often have their diagnosis missed.
Outside of work Parul enjoys learning to code, weight training, cooking, and sampling the great food of Manchester.
