    Oliver is currently CEO and Founder of technology company, Kestrel Agritech, which seeks to reduce damage in agriculture by identifying pests using machine vision. Kestrel Agritech, was a MassChallenge Top 25 finalist in 2018 (one of the top global accelerators).

    He is also co-founder of AccelHUB. AccelHUB creates programs focused on helping international tech startups looking to expand in the Boston area. In 2018, they raised the capital required to fund a flagship program for startups from Mexico. They have supported over 50 startups through their softlanding programs.

    In the fall of 2019, he expects to launch AccelHUB Venture Partners (AVP). AVP is a community of angel investors who invest in Latin American startups with the potential to scale up in the US.

    Previously, Oliver co-founded Plug Cambridge. Plug was a branch of Brazilian Coworking operator, Plug. Plug Cambridge was focused on helping immigrant entrepreneurs "plug" to the local ecosystem.     After 3 years of operation, Plug Cambridge was acquired by German coworking operator Rent24 in 2018.
