Nicole Sanchez leads Vaya Consulting and is an organizational culture and management professional with 20 years of experience. She spent several years at the Kapor Center for Social Impact where she served as Managing Partner. Nicole has worked in both the public and private sectors on issues of engaging marginalized communities in education access, technology, and civic participation. She firmly believes that all work should be enjoyable, fulfilling, and dignified.
Nicole holds an undergraduate degree from Stanford University, where she studied the history of race and class relations in the U.S. Nicole also earned an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior.
