Nicole Hamilton is a software engineer with a passion for backend development, Javascript, and helping others make the career switch like she did. She became interested in software engineering as a happy accident. She's always had a love of computers and technology, but it was her cousin who convinced her she was capable enough to pick up programming and switch careers. She is now a proud GA Alumni. Prior to entering the tech industry, Nicole worked for the California Department of Food and Ag for 4 years as an Agricultural Technician. She has a strong desire and drive to use programming ethically and for social good. These days, you can find Nicole busy with freelance development and pursuing a Bachelor's in Software Engineering. In her spare time, she enjoys modding video games and fiber art.
