Having worked in both embryonic start-ups and large MNC to deliver his regional expertise over most APAC countries, Nicolas thrives in complex environments where he can make meaningful impacts toward People self-realization & Operational excellence.
Nicolas is also Co-President of the HR committee of the French Chamber of Commerce, helping Singaporean & International companies to reach their full potential in Asia through strategic People Ops initiatives.
