￼￼Nick has been actively involved in hospitality since the mid-90s, managing and working in well-known bars, clubs and restaurants Mink, Prince Bandroom, Onesixone and Saratoga in Melbourne, Opium and Saint in London and Red Lounge in Mallorca. He also co-owned the local favourite George Lane bar in St Kilda from 2008 – 2013.
Nick has travelled extensively through Latin America, and has developed a keen interest in all things Mexican; coupled with an ongoing love affair for Southeast Asian culture and cuisine through relatives and friends. In 2014 Nick ￼￼travelled to Oaxaca, Mexico and gained his certification as a master Mezcalier - the only Australian to do so! Since then Nick has implemented a Mezcalier program at Mamasita, training up a dedicated team of bartenders to specialise in all things agave.
￼Nick is currently General Manager of Mamasita, and co-owner of both Mamasita and Hotel Jesus.
