At MYOB, Nick leads a team of over 600 people across Customer Support, Professional Services and Customer Success teams. This team is the frontline for most of MYOB's customer interactions after the point of sale. In his role, Nick collaborates strongly across the organisation with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver shared outcomes.
