Nick has many years’ experience working in the field of residential sustainability and energy efficiency, developing and delivering many community programs for organisations such as Sustainability Victoria, and the Moreland Energy Foundation. He is still a current member of the Scorecard Quality Advisory Board for the Residential Energy Scorecard, an Australian-first web-based home energy rating program developed by the Victorian Government, due to launch at the end of 2017.
Nick also has a strong background in renewable energy products and programs, and was the original Energy Storage Product Manager in the newly formed New Energy Team at AGL. He is now managing the market operations of the VARTA range of premium energy storage systems in Australia, and aims to launch in early 2018. VARTA GmbH are a German company with 130 years’ experience in battery chemistry and manufacturing.
