Nichole is a Product Designer at Atlassian, where she Side by Side's Austin chapter. Side by Side is an internal initiative designed to make Atlassian a sustainably diverse work environment for employees of all backgrounds. A Missouri native, Nichole has been interested in the evolving dynamics of systemic prejudice from a young age, eventually becoming involved in student initiatives at Wellesley College, where she studied art, computer science, and Japanese.
