Neil is a ten year veteran of the startup industry currently working at Tinder. He was the first engineering hire at Splice, part of the core GroupMe team pre-acquisition, and lead developer at VaynerMedia. He's a New York transplant and a Columbia CS grad.

Neil is also a UCB trained improviser, he has a black cat named Neon, and he's currently pretty rusty at ping pong.
