    A native of West Philadelphia, Nehemiah Davis is a social entrepreneur and philanthropist. In 2007, he co-founded the Nehemiah Davis Foundation (NDF), a non-profit organization, with his mother, Myra Grant; and NDent Worldwide Group, LLC, through which he has formed numerous businesses that promote social change and community development.

    Since 2007, Davis and his enterprises have hosted the following community-driven events, the annual Holiday Gifts from Heaven event; the annual Thanksgiving Feast from Heaven event, at which NDF feeds veterans, homeless persons, and families; an annual Back-to-School drive, wherein more than 400 families receive school supplies, clothing and food, each year; and a weekly food drive, for homeless persons, in Philadelphia, on 18th and Vine Streets. In all, these initiatives have affected more than 20,000 persons, with more than $70,000 in philanthropic impact toward the community, over that period.
