Prior to Glowbar, Neha was a management consultant at Bain & Company, where she focused much of her time in their retail practices consulting Fortune 500 and other companies on consumer strategy and operations. During her time there, Neha did an externship with the C-level team at the millennial beauty brand, Glossier, leading various strategic initiatives within the operations, marketing and finance functions. Shortly thereafter, Neha left Bain & Company to form Glowbar, with a singular mission to fill a whitespace in the market and make it easier for everyone to take care of their skin– consistently.
