Mru is a User Experience practitioner passionate about making technology easy to use. Her current focus is Analytics, having previously worked on mobile apps and social networks at Salesforce. Before moving to San Francisco, Mru was a UX consultant in London, advising and training clients including the BBC, EDF Energy and Sony on their design strategy.
Mru started out in Computer Science and discovered her calling in UX after her MSc in Human Computer Interaction with Ergonomics from UCL. She recently delivered a guest lecture at UC Berkeley School of Information and earlier spoke at Internet World London. Mru has a US patent filed for gamifying personal development and multiple articles in UK trade & industry publications.
