Monica is also the creator of Sous Weed, a cooking blog dedicated to using cannabis as a superfood ingredient in the home kitchen. Sous Weed offers practical advice for both beginners and enthusiasts to holistically understand the use case of cannabis in their lives and create sous vide cannabis-infused dishes without mess, smell, or worry.
