Monica brings over 18 years of experience in the technology and aerospace industries. Monica started her career designing processors and chipsets for communications satellites. She was later recruited to Broadcom, a networking product powerhouse, to be on the gigabit Ethernet controller design team where its products were widely adopted by leading networking equipment makers such as Dell and 3Com. In her tenure at Northrop Grumman, she had led the development of all phases of space electronics, where her architecture and implementation of a satellite switching subsystem had won the Chairman’s Innovation Award. Her expertise ranges from chipsets to full system design for both space and consumer applications. As the project manager of the next generation spacecraft command and data system test environment, Monica was responsible for both the technical and business development, as well as strategic partnership and subcontractor management for this product line. Leveraging on her deep technical and operational knowledge, she then lead a corporate operational improvement program working on cross-functional process improvement and supply chain alignment for the Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems division. Monica currently provides consulting services for executive management, corporate turnaround projects, technology startup advisory, and market entry strategy development.
