Missy has over 11 years of professional experience in web, product design, and user experience. Strengths including creative direction, interaction design, and user-centered principals, along with knowledge in user research and usability testing, make her flexible with working in design teams. After many years working for a small SaaS-based startup she developed into leadership roles by growing and managing design teams while guiding the product portfolio’s UX strategy. Missy is now a Senior User Experience Designer at The Creative Group. In addition, she lends her skills to community organizations and non-profits in her free time.
