Min Yee is a dynamic Customer Experience designer, researcher and strategist. She earned her Master of Arts from the National University of Singapore. Over the last decade, she has helped companies innovate and expand their businesses across the SE Asia region. As a Design Thinking train-the-trainer facilitator certified by IDEO, her favourite aspect of Design Thinking is its ability to bring together diverse human-centric perspectives to develop holistic solutions.
