With a background in user experience, Mike has more than ten years of experience championing and delivering elegant solutions to complex problems. As an Associate Creative Director at AQKA, he leads multi-disciplinary teams responsible for the strategy, design, development, and execution of creative concepts geared towards enhanced engagement, reach, and profitability for clients. Recently, Mike led user experience efforts for AARP across mobile and online channels, during which he established and guided a new membership platform. Previously he has worked on award-winning projects for Verizon Wireless, Volkswagen, Bethesda Softworks, Delta Air Lines, Unites States Postal Service, and Nike.
