Recently, Mike led user experience efforts for AARP across mobile and online channels, during which he established and guided a new membership platform. Previously he has worked on award-winning projects for Verizon Wireless, Volkswagen, Bethesda Softworks, Delta Air Lines, Unites States Postal Service, and Nike.
