Mike Flynn has worked in both technology and the entertainment industry for 10 years. In his current role as the Director of Technology for Collective Digital Studio, he manages all technical initiatives while working with talent, management and sales to find innovative solutions to their problems or opportunities...and does eventually find the time to code a bit. Previously Mike has developed and run content rich social networks, and most recently was the Senior Software Architect for Answers.com, where he built the foundation of what is now a top 20 site in the United States.
