He is currently the UX Director at Expiriti, a Sydney-based User Experience agency, dedicated to improving the user's experience across all touch points they have with an organisation and its technology.
Mike also lectures in UX at Billy Blue College of Design and is a UX mentor to Australian blue-chip clients.
