Mikael Kopteff

Chief Technology Officer, Reaktor North America

Mikael is the chief technology officer of Reaktor North America, providing hands-on support for building new digital products. He has previously served Reaktor as principal technologist and software architect. Mikael is currently into Node.js; Clojure; Scala, and CSS3 and enjoying the Sinatra-style frameworks such as Compojure; Scalatra, and Express. He has been heavily focused on the online TV business, including video streaming and encoding, for the past few years. He was previously software architect and chief technology officer of Floobs. Mikael holds a master of information technology, software engineering, from University of Sydney and a bachelor of business administration from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki.
