Michelle is currently a Research Director at Nielsen, where she works on optimizing the media budget for clients within the technology category. As efficiency is a strong passion she has dedicated a portion of her time in creating an automation system to help streamline the current research procedures. Previous work experience includes consultative work, where she developed marketing mix models across an array of industries in both the US and internationally. As an animal lover, she volunteers with a dog shelter during her off hours.
