Michelle Matthews is a UX and product design leader, driven by data and heart. Starting her career in social work where she advocated for people directly, she found the perfect cross-section of her skills in UX. After nearly 10 years in the industry, she has worked with agencies Team One, RAPP, Night Agency, Havas Life for clients such as Lexus, Gerber, Viagra (Pfizer), Nestle, Purina Dog Chow, Toyota, Humana, FedEx Office, and more. Her most current work includes building and leading the experience design team at start-up Heal, teaching user experience at UCLA, and working as UX lead on Studio Tone it Up, featured as App of the Day in Apple's App Store.
