    Michelle Kuo is Founder and Managing Partner at JumpSearch, a Placement and Career Coaching consulting company headquartered in Park City. She has over 12 years of experience in recruiting for startups and hyper-growth tech companies in both Utah and California including: Qualtrics, Chatbooks, Dwelo, Taulia, One Click Retail, TruHearing, Chargeback, Beauty Industry Group (BIG), Health Catalyst, Disney, NFL.com, WB and DirecTV.

    Michelle currently hosts and moderates a monthly Silicon Slopes CFO Roundtable connecting local, tech-startup CFOs to share their challenges and ideas. Previously, she headed talent and recruiting for Silicon Slopes’ first planning committee for Utah's Tech Summit (held yearly in January and hosts over 20,000 attendees).

    Over the years, she's presented and been involved with events that promote career growth, diversity and women including Google Developer Group (GDG), Women Techmakers, Recursion’s Women in Science and Tech (WiST), Women Tech Council (WTC), Salt Lake SHRM, CatalystCreativ and General Assembly.
