Michaela Harkins is Product Manager at Aquent, a staffing organization that provides creative, digital, and marketing solutions for their customers. Working closely with all levels of Aquent’s organization and customers, Michaela is responsible for defining, creating, and implementing technology solutions for the challenges hiring managers face managing their freelance talent resources.
Prior to her role as Product Manager, Michaela was the Director of Quality Assurance for Aquent’s internal Talent Management, CRM, and back-office systems and spent years in the customer support trenches. There is nothing she loves more than finding a way to solve a problem for someone.
When she’s not busy solving mysteries or building out roadmaps, she can be found dying fabric blue in her indigo vat.
