Prior to entering the software world, I was in higher education where I taught film and digital media studies for 16 years and worked in senior administration as a communications and policy strategist specializing in diversity, inclusion, and equity work. I excel at researching and solving problems, building cultures of trust, optimism, and cooperation, and helping individuals, teams, and organizations transform, evolve, establish identity, and achieve their goals.
I am also a writer, editor, and translator (French and Italian to English), a tea importer, an expert in 1970s Italian horror cinema, and a father of three.
