A serial entrepreneur having founded 5 startups, Michael developed his deep domain expertise in working with developers as a mobile system integrator for CelPro Associates, a 20+ year NYC mobile system integration company for which Michael is the co-founder, CEO and General Counsel. Michael has both practiced law and been a consulting project manager working with clients to develop, implement and manage customized B2B mobility apps, software and websites. Michael has created, structured and managed VAR relationships and licensing agreements among dozens of Independent Software Vendors, Mobile App, Website and Software Developers, Device Manufacturers, Wireless Carriers and the clients that need their respective services.
It is Michael’s passion to work with bright, innovative entrepreneurs and developers and play a part in helping them convert transformative ideas and skills into profitable enterprises.
