Michael is Strategy Designer and responsible for the Business Models Inc office in Australia and New Zealand. He specialises in business design and innovation capacity-building, blending the rigour of traditional business frameworks with empathic, design-led thinking tools to design, test, and deliver what his clients want. He has a multi-sector focus having accumulated a wealth of experience in building business through previous roles in corporate development and venture-backed startups.
His clients span across sectors, where his focus is on producing value by supporting people in business—of all sizes—to think better, communicate more effectively, and work faster, so their strategy can move as fast as their business. Whether supporting teams shape vision and execute on strategy, or helping an organisation shape options and scale a new product, he does this by making strategy an experience. Often asked to apply the same thinking in his work with government and not-for-profit organisations, he applies the same tools, skills and mindset to think like a business.
Michael received his business education from Griffith University and is a Stanford Certified Project Manager.
