Michael Chang is the Director of Business Intelligence at About.com where his team helps drive business analytics, forecasting, design optimizations and audience acquisition/development. Prior to joining About.com, he worked for 8 years in various analytics, marketing and research functions with StubHub/eBay, Adobe Systems and Ask.com. Michael hates packing but has worked in the SF Bay Area, London and New York City.
