Melissa Perri is an experienced Product Manager and UX Designer from New York City. She is the founder of ProdUX Labs (produxlabs.com), a consultancy that specializes in UX Design, Product Strategy, and Lean Startup. Previously she was the CEO of FlowsBy, incubated at the Techpeaks Accelerator in Italy. She has also worked at two startups in New York, as lead UX designer at Conductor and as a Product Manager at OpenSky. Having held various positions inside tech companies from software engineer to designer, Melissa is passionate about understanding all sides of the development cycle, and using it to help teams work together effectively. A firm believer in lean methodologies and measurable design, Melissa teaches workshops and classes to help companies learn how to incorporate these methods. She also coaches and speaks about Lean UX and Lean Product at global conferences, most recently at Lean Agile Scotland. Melissa holds a B.S. in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University.
