Having written everything from quirky marketing copy to small-town newspaper articles to technical documentation, Melanie has worked with content for over 15 years. In 2010, she learned there was such a thing as Content Strategy and immediately resolved to learn everything she could about it. Eventually, she left her position managing a team of technical writers to take the role of Senior Content Strategist for Rackspace.com.
Now at Razorfish, an interactive agency, Melanie helps clients build usable web experiences. She lives in Austin with her 4 kids, 1 husband, and 1 corn snake.
