She has worked in-house for startups at several stages building digital products for healthcare, navigation, and food delivery. She enjoys working on simple and elegant solutions to complex problems, design systems, and team processes. When Melanie’s not designing, she mentors new design talent from non-traditional backgrounds through Andreessen Horowitz, and Front & Center — a design mentorship program for the empowerment and professional development of Designers of Color.
