Professor of Photography and Art Theory
Mel Johnson is an inter-media artist and professor of photography and art theory based in both the Bay Area and Los Angeles. She has taught photography at the University/Academy level for almost ten years, focusing in darkroom and alternative photographic methods, as well as photography history and social theory of art and photographic communication.
