Mei Wai is a senior change marketing and business leader in the APAC marketing industry turned Entrepreneur, having founded APAC Global Advisory in 2018 a Change Architect.
She has led iconic brands for global, regional and local corporates in diverse categories including personal care, food & beverages, luxury/ jewellery and banking for more than 2 decades. This include Unilever, Citibank, Fraser & Neave and family businesses like Heineken and Aspial. Mei Wai is passionate in growing and turning around businesses and brands including Asian brands to take them to the next level. She has led multi-cultural teams and significant operational teams locally in Singapore, Hong Kong and Vietnam.
Mei Wai has been the Vice President of the Institute of Advertising, Singapore for 9 years, where she pursues her passion to champion the creativity and innovation in the Singapore advertising industry.
Mei Wai has 2 girls - 8 and 18 years old, that inspire her learning spirit. She has a BSc Economics from Bristol University, MSc International Marketing from Strathclyde ( Glasgow), EMBA from California State University and AMP from INSEAD Business School. She is pursuing her Executive Masters for Consulting and Coaching for Change in 2018 to strategically support the Change services she offers her clients.
