Experience Design Manager, Lane Crawford
Currently the Experience Design Manager at Lane Crawford, Meghan has worked in the UX realm for 17+ years. Starting out in late 90’s NYC during the dot.com boom, she freelanced through the bust and honed her skills for another 8 years, eventually migrating to Melbourne, Australia. Now living in Hong Kong for almost 4 years, Meghan’s still passionate about all things ‘user’, particularly work that encompasses the holistic customer journey. She’s currently helping to coordinate HK’s first Service Design conference, set for September 2016.
Her portfolio spans a multitude of user research, user experience and service design projects, across a variety of industries (including retail, finance, government, telecom, pharmaceutical and travel). Previous clients include HSBC, Pfizer, Disney, Tommy Hilfiger & Telstra. Meghan received a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University in the U.S.
