Max Lynam

Max has a penchant for innovation, entrepreneurship and human rights.

Through MAX.as, he provides data-driven, human-centred strategic systems design services to organisations that seek to create greater social impact through their work.

Starting his career marketing and cutting records for the nightclub scene of the 1990s before making the (obviously) natural progression to managing data for the military (shhhhh - it's a secret!). During this period he won the Queen's Medal for Strategic Planning and honed his skills in programming and systems design.

After fleeing his concrete bunker, Max cleansed his soul by building an international ecommerce business, while running a flower farm. For over 20 years he's been helping others bring their products to market and more effectively engage with their audience online.

Max now brings his diverse experiences to lead human-centred co-design processes in organisations that care about social impact. His data driven approach allows them to design, develop, measure and report to guide greater social outcomes.
