Maura Thompson spent 6 years working in the US in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Her primary area of focus was to interpret market data to enhance the performance of pharmaceutical products in the marketplace. In 2008 Maura moved to Hong Kong and in 2009 she co-founded the Sassy brand and has been a strong influence in its growth since its launch. Until the end of 2013 Maura was Sassy Media Group’s Sales Director for the HK office and was responsible for overseeing the sales of the Hong Kong websites. In 2014 Maura transitioned to Managing Director of the Hong Kong office to further develop its overall growth at the country level. With extensive knowledge on how to build a brand Maura is often asked to speak on panels about her entrepreneurial experience and the success of the Sassy story.
