Matthew Miller is a user experience professional and usability analyst in the Atlanta area. He works as the sole usability analyst and user researcher for Pardot, the marketing automation arm of Salesforce.com. He is also a long time soccer player and a connoisseur of strategic games from Magic:the Gathering, to poker, to video and board games. Matthew holds a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction and a BS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and lives in Marietta, GA. His dog, Penny, prepares most of the course materials with little oversight.
