Matthew Magain (@mattymcg) is passionate about communicating information using visuals, and teaching others to do the same. A freelance user experience consultant, he helps clients communicate with their customers and with each other, through the use of sketching, design, and illustration. His clients have included World Vision, AustralianSuper, and the Australian Labor Party.

Matthew has won a Mobie award, has been featured in several books, and has presented at conferences in Australia and overseas. He is also the co-founder of UX Mastery, an online resource for aspiring user experience designers, where he regularly shares his insights and experiences from over 15 years of designing web and mobile apps. He spends his spare time illustrating children’s books.
