Matthew Harper

Product/UX Director, Mesh & Codestream

Matthew is an award winning multi-disciplinary designer with a passion for inspiring people, change and collaboration. As the UX Director of Codestream, an innovative software company focused on usability, Matthew specialises in bringing ideas to life through strategic user experience and design thinking.

Matthew previously worked in both Digital agencies and software development companies, whilst recently concentrating on helping to scale startups in APAC. His experience includes forming, developing and managing UX teams delivering large scale and enterprise projects for the likes of AWS, OCBC and IBM.

With a background in Graphic Arts and Design, Matthew began his career in Digital publishing, moving to Direct Marketing and Television Advertising, before deciding to focus on Digital over 6 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys travel, photography, film, and is presently focused on the areas of Product Management, User Experience and Creative Thinking.
