Matt is an experienced product manager who has taken numerous startups from un-validated idea to product in market. He excels in early stage problem validation, lean experimentation and sprint based product delivery.
Matt leads Product Management at Melbourne startup YourGrocer - an online grocery delivery company which allows customers to purchase from local independent butchers, bakeries and green grocers.
Previously, Matt worked as a product manager at international startup accelerator BlueChilli. Working with up to five startups at once he was responsible for taking the vision of a non-technical founder and translating that into a viable product reality. This meant taking ownership of problem validation, lean experimentation & hypothesis testing, managing design and development sprints, and hustling to find product market fit.
