Matt has worked in the creative industries for over 10 years within big agencies as well as running his own freelance business. In 2015 a series of unexpected events changed his perspective on life and he started to think about what was really important to him.
Matt realised that being creatively was about more than just adding bigger projects to his portfolio and decided he decided something needed to change. He was working with so many talented individuals who were creatively unfulfilled and that weren't living up to their full potential. Matt made a promise to himself that he was only going to work on projects that were aligned with his values and with clients he loved and genuinely wanted to help.
He surrounded himself with mentors who had built multi-million-pound businesses and dedicated the next few years of his life to developing a framework that he now uses to help creatives build a business that allows them to do meaningful work and get paid what they are worth on a consistent
