Martin Bunch is the managing partner of Bates Wells Braithwaite, a values-driven law firm and consultancy. Martin is a practising employment lawyer who has been leading BWB as managing partner since 2013. In this time, he has overseen BWB’s certification as a B Corp and has spearheaded a number of firmwide initiatives to further advance the responsible agenda, from narrowing the firm’s salary gap to taking practical action to promote inclusion and diversity.
