At Google I led a multi-year study to understand why some teams excel while others fail, worked on algorithm development to connect people with Jobs that are the right fit, and currently work on product development for Google Drive. Prior to Google I completed a PhD at the Kellogg School of Business, and a graduate certificate in Machine Learning at Stanford University.
