Before coming to Hong Kong, Mark was a Product Manager at SMART Technologies where he launched a digital content search and community website used by millions of teachers worldwide and led the development vision for software used by 30 million people in education. He also managed the SMART Learning Marketplace, a database of digital education manipulatives and resources, developed between SMART and Cambridge University Press.
