Mark is Founder and Creative Director of creative agency HeyBigMan but his passions for creativity lie way outside the advertising sector. He founded the non-Profit organisation Cause2Create out of desire to help create change.

Mark is a guest lecturer and collaborative project partner of Loughborough University (East London campus), and an active member of the local Hackney Wick community. He is also a volunteer creative partner and "friend" of Girl Effect subsidiary Ni Nyampinga in Rwanda. He was a founding member of the Young Creative Council – who are now a partner of Cause2Create.

Briony is passionate about creating positive change. Over the last 10 years she has worked with businesses, communities, the NHS, and environmental causes to help change attitudes and create action for social good. Working with the creative sector is by far the most enjoyable of the lot!

She joined Cause2Create in July last year, and has worked alongside Mark to turn what started out as an event, into an organisation, and is focused on providing opportunities for the growing network of creatives to get involved in good causes.
