    Marilyn McDonald is Senior Vice President of Customer Interoperability within Shared Components and Security Solutions (SCSS) in Operations and Technology. In this role she is responsible for delivering business to business experience improvements through Connect - the authentication platform that customers use to do business with Mastercard, 1V4C- bringing one view of Mastercard for our customers, leading the Design and User Research, Customer Data Management, and Product Lifecycle Management groups for SCSS and, in her spare time, she is the leader of the PMT Guild in O&T.

    Prior to this role at Mastercard, Marilyn was the senior director of product management and technical program management (TPM) at StubHub. She also held the position of interim CTO for 8 months, driving the overall corporate technology strategy. Additionally, she has held numerous roles at other fortune 500 companies including Citibank, Expedia and Amazon.

    Marilyn has passion for all aspects of product development, from building simple and elegant customer experiences to defining scalable and decoupled platform and products. Marilyn is an avid advocate of diversity and inclusion and was a founding member of Women@Amazon. ​​
