As Vice President for Paladin, Maricel Quianzon is responsible for driving Paladin's growth by developing and delivering strategic training and sales support nationally. In addition, identify areas of potential expansion and training opportunities to continue Paladin's increase in revenue nationwide. She has been a top performer and All Star year after year; she has also donated her time to training Paladin team members across the nation. Maricel is an extraordinary team player and has great pride for the Paladin brand.
She joined Paladin in September 2006 with an extensive print, multimedia and digital background of over 15 years as a senior creative. Her knowledge comes from her outstanding education which includes, an Associate Degree in Interactive and Multimedia Design, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications from Kendall College of Art & Design in Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at a Jesuit University (Ateneo De Manila University) in the Philippines. She strategically aligns and partners with clients across business sectors. She’s well adept at placing key leadership roles in the areas of marketing, digital, communications and creative.
Maricel has worked on the corporate and agency side, which has aided in her expertise as a creative and digital media recruiter, interactive marketing recruiter, product/brand marketing and executive recruiter. As a highly qualified Vice President and Business Development Director at Paladin, Maricel works closely with clients to provides excellent service with her aptitude to pay close attention to detail and strong willingness to listen to others. She is well rounded and commits to working hard from the establishment of meeting a new client, all the way to the management of a filled job order between the client and candidate. Maricel has the ability to revive dormant accounts and recreate relationships to make Paladin an exclusive vendor for their marketing needs. Her thorough understanding of digital marketing and creative fields, as well as her experience, continues to make her successful regardless of the nature of the search - retained or contingent.
Maricel had the honor of receiving the 2008 CIMA (Chicago Interactive Marketing Association) Volunteer of the Year Award and served on the Board of the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association (CIMA) as the Director of Marketing from 2009 to 2010 and the Director of Academic Affairs from 2010 to 2012. As the Director of Academic Affairs she had the opportunity to select and give ten academic scholarships for aspiring interactive marketing professionals.
