Mark's first serious job was working in a startup building new ways to monitor patients in intensive care and sleep laboratories. He was drawn from there into teaching physics in Yorkshire. He later moved to work for companies like Reed Elsevier and now Pearson, commissioning, creating and running digital learning products and services for learners in UK schools aged 11 - 19.
